I worked as the technical lead and lead developer on most of these projects, and each one taught me something new. I learn best through hands-on experience and steady improvement.
The early projects had plenty of challenges. Once we solved a problem, we made sure it wouldn't come back on the next project. That became our core principle: fix it properly and carry the fix forward. With every project, our base template and core technical modules became more stable and mature, so each new build started from a stronger place than the last.
Beyond the technology, I enjoyed working across so many industries: construction project management, hospital management, e-commerce, service marketplaces and sales. Each one meant studying the business problems closely and formulating the optimal solution through our software.
